  • Parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 7 days and only parts shown on your invoice/receipt are covered by the guarantee/warranty. If any part supplied by ourselves proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.

 

  • Any part(s) correctly supplied by us and returned to us within 7 days is subject to a 30% handling charge at the managers. Minimum admin charge £25 per item.

 

  • This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e seal broken, taken apart etc. Please note all parts supplied, are marked with our company stamp/initials, removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
  • No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway (except for routine service adjustment) without our permission. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warranty.
  • Our Guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. We will refund the price of the part in full but will not pay for any fitting charges. It is your responsibility to check that any part(s) supplied is correct prior to fitting.
  • All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact us within 1 working day. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. In the event that the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them, but delete any wording in the signature box to the effect that the goods were ‘Received in good condition’.

 

  • If you provide us with personal information about other people, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us. By submitting the information, you confirm that you have the right to authorize us to process it on your behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Publicly Available Data (Details about you which are publicly available, such as on social media platforms or elsewhere on the internet)
  • Marketing Data (Details about your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties)

Consents Data any permissions, consents or preferences that you give us

  • What about sensitive/special category data? We don’t collect any “sensitive data” about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sexual life or orientation, and offences or alleged offences) except when we have your specific consent, or when we have to comply with the law.
  • Drive Information” means, in respect of each motor vehicle that is a STOCK information (in addition to the Start Information) that indicates if such motor vehicle can be moved for a short distance under its own power at the Seller’s Premises (and for the avoidance of doubt the Seller does not guarantee that the relevant motor vehicle can be started and moved under its own power following collection from the COMPANY PREMISES
  • Start Information” means, in respect of each motor vehicle that is a STOCK, information that indicates if the engine of such motor vehicle was tested at the Seller’s premises to verify if it could be started at the Seller’s Premises (and for the avoidance of doubt the Seller does not guarantee that the engine of the relevant motor vehicle can be started following collection from the COMPANY PREMISES.
  • You acknowledge that our business includes the sale of used, recovered stolen, accident-damaged and/or insurance write-off vehicles, parts and other goods.
  • If you purchase any CAR from us, you expressly acknowledge and agree that it is in your capacity as a Trade Member, Private customer, Company or any individual that consumer protection laws do not apply to any such purchase and all implied terms (statutory or otherwise) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. You hereby acknowledge and agree that it is fair and reasonable in all circumstances for us to exclude, restrict or limit (as the case may be) our obligations and liability to you in respect of the Lots we offer for sale on behalf of the Company.
  • Any vehicles purchased from us it’s solely customer (BUYER) responsibility to do all necessary checks prior to sale any adverse data on the vehicle previously supplied from third party or changed in future seller (Company) has such no responsibility or takes any credit.
  • Most of our stock Comes from Trade source, Auctions/X, Import or privately.
  • In which company doesn’t guarantee any of any data supplied by us unless states it’s verified or specifically confirms it.
  • Warranty supplied on cars on customer demands for extra cost.
